After having service done at a major dealership for a consistent problem. I was recommended to MobileTech. First, they had given me the positive assurance, that they will find the problem. The assurance was satisfied, and the problem was solved. They were up front, without any later hidden, unknown extras. I highly recommend this company for an outstanding job, on My Mazda CX9.

As always, the good folks at MobileTech made a hassle go away. My tire was very low on a Monday morning. Showed up without an appointment an hour later. They filled it up with air and confirmed an appointment for 9am the next morning. They found a screw in the tire today, patch it up, and had me out the door in less than an hour. The fee was fair and the genuine helpfulness was free of charge. Been loyal to them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else because of their service-first orientation. They didn't make a lot on me today, but they know that lifetime customer value is how they really make money over time.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE My son brought his 2018 Ford Fusion to Mobile Tech after the check engine light came on. Over a 30-day period, he was charged $414 in diagnostic fees alone, along with $1,463 in repairs. To be fair, the mechanics appeared knowledgeable and familiar with the vehicle. However, the fees charged - particularly for repeat diagnostics - were excessive. Approximately 30 days later, the check engine light came back on. Concerned, and assuming it might be related to the recent work, I advised him to return to the same shop given the proximity to the original repair and what we believed would be a reasonable warranty context. Instead, he was charged another $207 diagnostic fee, and ultimately told the issue was a loose gas cap. When questioned, we were told they spent additional time running diagnostics again, including performing a smoke test - something that had already been part of the original diagnostic process less than a month prior. A smoke test is a relatively straightforward process where a technician pressurizes the system and looks for escaping vapor, which makes the outcome difficult to reconcile with the need for a full second diagnostic charge. I’ve been to MobileTech a couple of times now and have had consistently great experiences! Jeff and Danny are both fantastic—excellent communication, always willing to answer questions, and very knowledgeable when it comes to making recommendations. I really appreciated the thorough diagnostic reports, especially the included photos, which added a strong level of transparency to the process. It’s clear they take pride in their work and customer service. Highly recommend!
